What makes a good vitamin?

With all the companies out there bragging about their multi-vitamin, it is hard to determine what makes a good vitamin. Many vitamin companies are multi level marketing which makes me quiver. Although, I don't agree with everything in this review, I think it has some good points. I refer the reader to the H.O.P.E.
