With all the companies out there bragging about their multi-vitamin, it is hard to determine what makes a good vitamin. Many vitamin companies are multi level marketing which makes me quiver. Although, I don't agree with everything in this review, I think it has some good points. I refer the reader to the H.O.P.E. Trials to get the real scoop on Vitamin E (google HOPE trials and vitamin E). Please feel free to post your comments regarding the article and if you have any additional info please share.
